Box Canyon Wickenburg, AZ

Jerry and his buddy Lucas took all of the boys to Box Canyon in Wickenburg, AZ to do some off roading this week.  I had to post some of the pictures.  They had such a fun boys day out!

I'm Not a Turkey!!!

Brody's class had to disguise a turkey for an assignment at school.  When I asked Brody who he wanted to disguise his turkey as, he said Red Foo from the music group LMFAO.  He loves their song Party Rock!  I'll bet the third grade has NEVER had a turkey dressed up as Red Foo!!!

Definitely unique!  Ha ha!!!

 

Wyatt's eye patch

This week the boys had their yearly eye exam and we found out that Wyatt's eyes have gotten worse since last year.  He is very far sighted and has to start wearing his glasses at all times.  He also has to wear an eye patch 3 days a week for 8 hours of the day.  He picked out some cool camouflage patches!  We're hoping his weak eye improves by his 3 month check up.  

He's so good about wearing his glasses now.  He doesn't want to end up with a lazy eye.  He puts his glasses on first thing in the morning and reminded me to patch his eye today. xo 

He was even rockin' camo pjs to match!!!  Cutie pie!

 

Eric's 18th B-Day Bash!!!

Last night we had the BEST time celebrating Eric's 18th B-Day!  Theresa planned a dance party for Eric, his friends, and family!  Eric loved the dance competition!  He won 1st place!!!  Theresa did an AMAZING job organizing the party.  Everyone was so happy to be there!  A night to remember forever!!!

Eric had the most wonderful 18th Birthday!!!  He was on that dance floor the whole night!  I don't think he even stopped to eat!  We love you buddy!

50th Wedding Anniversary!!!!

Yesterday we celebrated my mom and dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary!  Back in July our whole family (13 of us) went to Maui to celebrate this special occasion (their real anniversary is Nov. 9th).  Yesterday, we went to church and Father Ben said a special blessing for my mom and dad.  He called them up in front of the whole church and everyone raised their hands to extend a blessing for them to live many more happy years together!  It was AMAZING!  They have been parishioners at their church for almost 40 years!  Afterwards we went to eat at Red Lobster...yum!  Then we headed back to their house to watch some old family videos and play cards.  It was such a beautiful day!  This world is so blessed to have Jim and Bonnie Bazzell in it!  They are without a doubt the sweetest couple ever!!!  xoxo

On Halloween night, all of the cousins came over to go trick or treating in our neighborhood!  Everyone had a great night!  We hope you all had a wonderful Halloween too!!!
