Happy 8th Birthday Wyatt!

Wyatt has been celebrating his 8th birthday for over a week!  On his real birthday (Jan. 22nd), Jerry picked Wyatt up at school and took him out to lunch!  He loved his breakfast burrito!  That afternoon he celebrated with his class.  They sang him Happy Birthday and he passed out his treats...M&M cookies and milk.  YUM!

For dinner, Mimi wanted to take him out.  He picked Red Lobster so that he could have crab legs...delish!  Afterwards we headed back to Mimi's house so he could play with the gift that Mimi got him.  He LOVES his Anki race track!

Last Sunday, we had a family party at my mom and dad's.  He requested SpongeBob mac and cheese for dinner...ha ha and brownies for dessert. 

Grandma and Papa got him some new Nerf weapons!  Watch out!

Wyatt has always loved stuffed animals, but especially dogs.  He can't get enough of his new Paw Patrol stuffed animal named Chase. 

We got Wyatt this Zippy Sac!  He saw it on a commercial and was so happy when we put it on his bed.  It's a cross between a sleeping bag and fuzzy blanket.  Isn't he cute???!!!

My 40th Birthday & Wyatt's 8th Birthday!!!!! :)

My 40th birthday was AMAZING!  It started with Jerry going to get me a breakfast burrito before school...yummy!  At school I was greeted at the playground with flowers and cards from my students.  At lunch my 3rd grade team sang to me and brought in a cheesecake for dessert!  At the end of the day, my room mom's brought in a cupcakes, drinks, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers full of gift cards from my sweet class!  For dinner, my mother-in-law Linda took us to eat at Ah-So...delish!  When I got home my mom and dad surprised me with 40 glow in the dark balloons!!!  What a memorable day!!!  I'm spoiled!

 When I asked Wyatt what he wanted to do for his birthday this year he said he wanted to go on a sleigh ride in Flagstaff!  So, our entire family headed up north for a wonderful weekend in the snow!  The kids loved the sleigh ride, staying at the Drury Hotel, and sledding on Sunday!  I can't believe that my baby is going to be 8 years old on Jan. 22nd! Wyatt is so loving, fun, and silly!  

Brody let Wyatt open up his birthday gift early so that he could use his Janimals in Flagstaff!  Have you ever seen such a cute puppy?!!!

Trixie didn't know what to think about this new puppy in the house!  Ha ha!

The DUNES!!!! :)

Our family headed to the dunes to celebrate the new year!  We stayed for three nights in a rented trailer with our very good friends (The Halley's).  The boys LOVED getting to ride their quads at the dunes!  We went to Glamis (near Brawley, CA) this time which was AMAZING!  Jerry had fun taking us out on Can Am rides.  Jerry is already planning the next trip!  :)

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that they had Thrifty's ice cream!!!!  They even had my favorite flavor...chocolate malted crunch!  Woot woot!!!

They boys had so much fun playing in the sand at the dunes!  They would crawl, roll, and draw in the sand.  Here's Wyatt and Connor...aren't they cute?!

New Year's Eve!

We had so much fun celebrating New Year's Eve at my mom and dad's house!  Papa made his famous spaghetti and we all stayed up until midnight to ring in the new year!  Here's to a happy 2015!
