Ohio & Alaska Family

We spent the last week with our dear family members from Ohio and Alaska!  We had many family gatherings and enjoyed every minute with them.  We miss you all already!  Please come back and visit us again soon!!!

Desert Field Trip

Last week all of 1st grade went on a field trip to the desert!  They learned a lot about desert animals, plants, etc.  Brody liked hiking on the trail the best!

Spring Break in Rocky Point, Mexico!

We had the most AMAZING spring break in Rocky Point this year!  We loved the relaxed pace of our trip.  We got up each day and went to the beach, went swimming, took naps, and made great food!  This is my idea of a real vacation!  No hustle and bustle!  We ended up staying an extra night because we couldn't leave such beautiful weather!

Both boys had getting a tattoo on their to do list for Mexico!  Cool!

Jerry, Brody, and Wyatt are way out there looking for ocean creatures on the reef.  They found crabs, star fish, sea urchins, etc.  This was one of their favorite activities on this trip. 

Grandma even got a tattoo of a seahorse!

Jet skiing was AWESOME!

At the end of the trip, I asked Brody what his favorite part of the trip was and he said "mangoes"!

The boys loved getting a close look at this small octopus.  They even felt his tentacles.  Cool!  Some people had found it in a can on the beach.

We were so glad that Grandma and Papa could join us on this trip!  They are always so much fun!

Our horse was named Moro.  He was an old fella.  Slow and steady was fine with us!

This was the first time the boys had gone horseback riding.  They LOVED it!  What a memorable vacation!
