Father Daughter Dinner Date

While my mom was out of town on a girlfriend trip, I thought I'd take my dad out to eat at his favorite Mexican food restaurant...Don Ruben's.  YUMMY!  I loved listening to his stories...such a good memory!  I love you dad!

Brody & Shot Put

Who knew Brody had such a strong arm?  He won 1st place for shot put at the cluster track and field meet and 3rd place in the district event!  Woo hoo!  Way to go Brody!

Teacher Walk in/ Walk out/ Protesting/ Support Public Ed#redfored

During our 6 day teacher walk out I had so many mixed emotions.  I went down to the capital everyday to show my support for #redfored.  The fight isn't over yet...still so much to do in this state for public education, but I feel like this movement got things rolling in the right direction. #rememberinnovember

Fishing and fun on the new boat!

Jerry loves taking the boys out fishing on the new boat!  Typically they catch stripers and bass.  A little dip in the lake is fun too!  We also saw a cool lantern release at the lake!  Loving the boat!
