These were the boys' valentine cards for this year. 

Royal Rumble!

The boys LOVE wrestling with each other!  The other day they performed several Royal Rumble matches for Jerry and I.  They used our bed as the ring, got out our card table and chairs for the announcers table, gave me the microphone to announce them as they entered, had Jerry be in charge of pulling up each wrestlers music on youtube, and they totally nailed each wrestlers moves.  It was AWESOME!  Here they are with their hair and faces painted.  

 

Star of the Week!

Brody had a lot of fun activities at school this this week because he was the "Star of the Week"!  On Monday he read his all about me poster to the class and shared pictures.  On Tuesday, Wyatt and I brought Trixie up to the school for his show-n-tell day.  All of the kids loved giving her some lovin'.  Wednesday was easy...send in his favorite book for the teacher to read (Hop on Pop).  On Thursday Jerry, Wy, and I took the hermit crabs up to the school for another show-n-tell day.  The kids loved watching Gary cruise around.  Today we took in Brody's favorite treats for the class...brownie bites and Reese's cups.  Fun, fun, fun!

Here comes Gary which is one of Wy's crabs.  He is definitely the most outgoing.

Rocky loves climbing!  We've found him on top of their little tiki house a few times.

Brody has two hermit crabs (Rocky and Pip Squeak) and Wy has two (Mr. Krabs and Gary).  This is their pimped out crabitat!  We love watching them crawl around the house, tub, and sand box.  So far so good!

 

Petting Zoo/Pony Party!

Over the weekend we celebrated Wyatt's 5th birthday with family and friends.  This year he wanted farm animals to come to his party.  So, we went with a petting zoo/pony ride theme for his party.  He had so much fun with all of the animals.  He LOVED riding the pony named Ringo.  Since he was the birthday boy, he got to get at the front of the line anytime he wanted to ride Ringo (yes, he got to take cuts!).  I think he must have gone on at least 5 rides.  The last ride was super long...all the way to our green belt and back.  Yee haw!

The baby chicks were so cute!

The petting zoo consisted of a llama, cow, goats, sheep, pig, chickens, baby chicks, ducks, and the pony named Ringo.  I would highly recommend the company named Carter's Farm Petting Zoo & Ponies.

This goat was bottle fed as a baby and just loves to be held.  Soooo funny!

This is "Rockstar"!  It hung out on my sister's shoulder for a long time.  He even decided to sit down and take a little nap!

Happy Birthday Wyatt!

This was Wyatt's favorite gift!  His friends Jadyn and Gianna got him two hermit crabs!  He named this one Gary because his shell is smooth like Gary on Spongebob.  He named the other one Mr. Crabs.  He is a friendly little crab.

Wy is very responsible about taking care of his crabs.  Here he is spraying water in their habitat.  He's so funny...he checks on them constantly.

Happy 5th Birthday Wyatt!

Today we celebrated Wyatt's 5th birthday!!!  He wanted blueberry muffins for breakfast and Chuck E Cheese pizza for dinner.  We baked brownies for dessert and chocolate chip cookies for tomorrows celebration at his preschool.  He's really looking forward to going to a WWE RAW Superstars Show tomorrow night!  Next weekend we'll celebrate his party here at the house with friends and family.  He wanted a petting zoo/pony party this year, so it's on!  We'll post pictures of that next week.

This has always been one of his favorites!  We call it the ice cream truck.  He loves is because a puppy sits in the passengers seat.

Woo hoo!

Our family had so much fun with our close friends going on rhino rides in the desert on New Year's Day!  Brody LOVED the quad that he got to ride!  The weather was around 80 degrees!  I couldn't believe I was wearing a tank top in January!!!  

Brody said, "I want one of these!".

Wyatt kept telling Lucas, "faster, faster, faster!".

Tubing in Williams, AZ!

Last weekend we rung in the New Year by heading up north with my family for some fun in the snow!  The kids loved the deer farm, sledding, tubing, lighting sparklers, and swimming in the heated pool.  The weather was gorgeous (about 20 degrees above the average) and we felt very lucky to have found some snow to play in.  We hope you all have a happy and healthy 2012!
