Christmas 2011!!!

We had the most wonderful Christmas this year.  We were blessed to spend three days celebrating with our family members.  Here are some of the highlights from Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
Wyatt was too cute praying at church...I just had to get out my camera and capture the moment.

Attending the children's mass on Christmas Eve at St. Jerome's Church is our family tradition.

The kids all enjoyed the Christmas play!

Brody's Christmas Party!

Yesterday was Brody's Christmas Party at school.  His teacher had 6 fun centers ready to go ( pin the nose on Rudolph, making snowflakes, Christmas limbo, decorating cookies, etc.).  Afterwards we headed out for the jingle jog.  Fun times!
How low can you go...how low can you go?

Mmm...mmm...good!

Beautiful snowflake!

Brody had his jingle bells ready for the jingle jog!  Woo hoo!
Quick group shot of the whole class.

After the jingle jog the kids loved emptying their stockings full of goodies!

Wyatt's Christmas Party!

This morning was Wyatt's Christmas Party at preschool.  Santa came for a visit and then the kids had a book exchange.  Afterwards they made gingerbread houses.  I think Wy ate most of the candy for his house!!!

Baking Day!

Over the weekend we hosted baking day at our house.  It has been a family tradition for years that my mom, sisters, and their kids all come over for a day of baking yummy cookies.  We had fun singing Christmas songs and snacking on all of the goodies.  We took a break from baking and had the kids exchange their secret Santa gifts.  Natalie made them all pillows with different material to fit their own personality (Grandma helped with this big project).  Brody loved his wrestling guys from Amanda and Wyatt thought his safe from Eric was AWESOME (to keep his treasures safe).  He loves to lock and unlock it with the key (to bad he lost his copy of the key the first night).  No worries...I had the extra key.
Quick cousins picture before the craziness begins!

Loved this picture of the boys with their cousin Nick!

Oh yeah baby...it's on!

Wyatt loved baking!  He was one of the last kids still hanging in there towards the end of the day.

Brody can't wait to Santa to taste these cookies!

Eric was busy working on his word search.  He got a 100%!

Brody loves his army guy pillow Natalie made for him.

Wy with his puppy pillow!

All of the kids had fun playing in these XL bags that the pillows came in.  Peek a boo!

They even managed to have a bag race (like a sack race) in these.

Brody was in heaven with his Shawn Michaels and The Rock WWE figures.

Wyatt with his safe that is full of money, jewels, and collectible rocks.

The dogs in our families even had a gift exchange.  Angel (Theresa's dog) is on the left, Trixie (our dog) is in the middle, and Belle (Susie's dog) is on the right.  Do you like their pink hoodies I got them???  So cute!

Bass Pro Shop

Yesterday the boys had a blast going to Bass Pro Shop!  They loved the shooting gallery, carousel, making a snowman ornament, getting a fudge sample, and checking out all of the wildlife.  Best of all it was FREE!

Nice shot!

Hold on Mimi!

The boys wanted to fish like this guy!

Hang on Brody!

Brody wanted his picture taken with this crazy looking fellow!  He was outside by the BBQ tasting contest.
