Thanksgiving in CA!!!

We had an AMAZING vacation to CA over Thanksgiving break!!! The highlights were spending time with Jerry's sister Tammy and her family, going to see the Hollywood sign, the zoo, indoor skydiving, and spending the day at Universal Studios.  The boys had such a memorable visit!  :)
Brody requested that we go and see the real Hollywood sign (see it over my head).

The Griffith Observatory was awesome!

The LA Zoo was fun too!

The weather was beautiful for a day at the zoo!

Cool snake!

Oh yeah...Optimus Prime!!!

Bumblebee ROCKS!

Jaws is still a part of the studio tour!

The boys opted for tattoos instead of getting their faces painted.

Wyatt's Thanksgiving Program

Yesterday was Wyatt's adorable Thanksgiving Program.  He was the cutest little pilgrim boy!  All of the kindergarten classes sang a few songs, participated in a play, and said what they were thankful for.  Wyatt said, "I'm thankful for my brother".  Too sweet!

Here's Wy saying that he's thankful for his brother...melts my heart. :)

Here are all 5 kindergarten classes and their parts in the play. We have Pilgrim boys (hunt for food), Pilgrim girls (mercy me), Indian boys (big and brave), Indian girls (baby sleeping), corn (pop, pop, pop), preachers (praise the Lord), and turkeys (gobble, gobble, gobble)!!!  Absolutely precious!

Thank you for coming Grandma & Papa!!!

50's Day!

The boys have been dressing up every day for spirit week (wacky day, sports day, etc.)!  Today was "Decades Day" so we dressed up like people in the 50's.  Since I was subbing at their school today, I decided to get in on the action too!
I love the jacket Wyatt is wearing.  Nick passed it down to Brody years ago.  Now it's too small for Brody, so he's passed it down to Wyatt.  Love it!!!
