Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

Top of the morning to you all!  Over the past week, Wyatt has been thinking about how to trap a leprechaun.  He built a leprechaun trap and put it out last night.  A leprechaun must have come because the trap was tipped over and the little guy got away!  Wyatt was so surprised to get a letter from St. Paddy and he left some goodies for the boys. We hope you all have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!!!

St. Paddy left him this cool hat with attached mustache, necklace, and button that says "Kiss me, I'm Irish"!  Check out the size of those big golden chocolate coins!

Here's the trap Wyatt left!  St. Paddy tipped the clear container over and got away.  Looks like he ate one of the chocolate coins!  YUM!

WOW!  St. Paddy left a trail of pennies behind too!

Our tradition is to have a very GREEN breakfast!  Delish!

Green pancakes, eggs, and milk!

Wyatt made this cute little guy at school last week!  Precious!

Spring Break! Castles-n-Coasters!!!

Yesterday was our first day of spring break!  We decided to save some money for our new house and NOT go out of town (we miss you Rocky Point)!  The boys said the one thing they wanted to do over spring break was go to Castles-n-Coasters!  They've both been working so hard in school that we thought we'd reward them and go!  It was a FUN day of go carts, bumper boats, goofy golf, zip lining, etc.! The pictures were taken using my phone, so they're a little fuzzy.
I love this photo taken right after we got soaked on the log ride!

The Patriot ROCKS!

That's Brody and Wyatt on the top level of the rope obstacle course.

Hello up there!

They LOVED zip lining too!

Go Jerry!!!

We ended the day cooling off in the arcade (91 degrees)!

We can't believe how different our house looks in just one week!!!  We're getting so excited!  We've met with a total of 4 pool companies now and are awaiting their bids.  We'd LOVE our pool to be done in time for summer!

We love our cabinets!

Literacy Night/ Steel Drums

Last week our school had Literacy Night.  Wyatt dressed up like Walt Disney and people interviewed him in our school library.  Brody had his first Steel Drum Band Concert.  We were so lucky to have so many family members there to cheer the boys on.  Afterwards we had a delicious dinner at Chipolte and went to see our new house! It's really coming along now!  Thanks for coming everybody!!!
Mrs. Carlson introduced Brody as Mr. Laubmeier for his demonstration on the bass drums!

Brody's 4th grade class was awesome!!!

Mrs. Carlson asked the kids to invite a parent up to learn how to play one section of the music.  It was fun!

I did it!  Yippee!

Brody plays these 6 drums...so cool!

Here's Brody playing alongside his teacher. :)

Look at my handsome Walt Disney!

Here are Amanda and Eric interviewing Wyatt about Walt.

We're so blessed to have all of this family support!!!  xoxo
